Walderingfield Tour

The Touring Group had a great paddle on 14th May from Walderingfield to Melton and back. Eight of us met at the Maybush pub car park for a 9am start and the estuary was as flat as a mill pond when we set off. We made it easily beyond the bridge at Melton before the tide turned and we headed back with the tide to Walderingfield in the glorious May sunshine. After loading the boats back on the cars, we sat outside the Maybush Inn and enjoyed a delicious pub lunch in the sunshine.
