The course aims to provide paddlers with the key safety and rescue skills required to operate safely and to be able to deal with common problems in a sheltered water environment.

This is a new course for 2023 and replaces the old Foundation Safety and Rescue Training (FSRT)
A day for sun-cream and hats and not the wetsuits and drysuits that are the normal gear that is required.

The club now has a pedestrian gate as well as the main gate. The club is now accessed through the pedestrian gate which has the old gate code.
